10:00 - 17:00, Thursday 4 July 2013 - Sunday 7 July 2013
Where better to celebrate the 4th July than in Frontier America?
You will get the opportunity to interact with the ‘soldiers’ in their encampments and witness dramatic skirmishes from 150 years ago.
Be transported back in time to the 1770s as the British Redcoats and Woodland Indians battle American Militia Sharpshooters in the American War of Independence. Stroll through the encampment and meet the troops but make sure to take cover when the dramatic skirmishes begin.
With live Bluegrass and American Folk music, traditional Punch and Judy Shows and American games, this makes a great first day out for the summer!

Entry to the American Independence Celebrations is £9 for adults and £5 for concession tickets and children.
