Women of all ages can visit the Museum to view how dramatically their role has changed since the 1800s. The day begins with a 20 minute presentation, comparing the experiences of women today with that of our great grandmothers.
There will be opportunities to look at social attitudes, focusing on marriage, childrearing, the home, women in business and education. Finally, we look at the houses in the Museum to experience life as our ancestors knew it. To participate in this complete educational package you should allow at least 2 - 3 hours. However, a shorter version is possible. Normal Museum charges apply.
