Reminiscence

Reminiscence at the Ulster Museum, Seventies decade image

Reminiscence is the act of recalling past experiences, either alone or with a group of people.

Our Reminscence Loan Boxes are each centred around a different theme, and contain items, information and images that may be useful to your Reminiscence session. Each file also has a Resource File, with ideas for conversation starters and group activities.

This is a free service, available to groups of all ages with an interest in reminiscence. Boxes can only be loaned one at a time and can only be borrowed for up to two weeks.

Once booked, boxes can be collected from the staff entrance of the Ulster Museum, adjacent to the Stranmillis entrance.

Information about the loan boxes on offer can be found to the left of this page. Contents may vary from those listed or pictured.
